Payment must be cleared before services can be activated. You can: 1.Pay in cash and get a bill from the PAIWASTOON office between 09:00 and 17:00 Sunday to Thursday. 2.Pay by bank transfer to Kabul Bank or AIB Bank to the account number on the invoice. 3. Outside of Afghanistan an International transfer by SWIFT can be arranged. |
