Provide us with following information:  Your domain name Who is your current provider Your FTP user name and password Details about your Incoming and Outgoing mail server
If your domain is .AF (2nd or 3rd level domains) you need to write a letter for us addressed to MCIT Domain registration department (AfghaNic) that you wish to migrate to our IP address. We are responsible for all necessary arrangements at the ministry. Migration takes usually 48 hours. If your domain is International (e.g. .com, .net, .edu) and: Your control panel lets us to change the Name server or IP, it takes approx. 48hrs to migrate. You need to provide us with your control panel user name and password. Your control panel doesn't support change of the Name server or IP, we need to obtain the ownership of your domain. This process takes approx. 10 days.
How it works? 
Your hosting is re-directed to our proxy server. This avoids a loss of data in the migration process. During 1 week you and your employees simply have to log into their email accounts through our special webmail system. By logging in all their data (emails) get copied to the new server and new mail box. During this time your website and email will always be accessible. After one week we point the DNS server directly to the new server where all your data are already copied. The migration process is then finished.
